This is a really great place to cliff jump and bouldering. There are lots of nice cliffs on the ocean of sizes ranging from 10 feet all the way to 60 feet and many of them are also great for bouldering as if you fall, its just a drop into the ocean. The forest here is beautiful and is a nice place to hike and BBQ. To be entirely honest, I've only been here twice and I kinda forget the hiking trails you have to walk to get there. But I do remember the cliffs are on the western side of the park (west of the Lighthouse), so it should not be too hard to find them. Its a great zone with a beautiful view of Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver. It's also the closest cliff jumping into the ocean on the North Shore, so it's very accessible. Parking is free, park access is free. Great zone.
